Craniosacral Therapy

Service Description

Crainosacral therapy is gentle hands on technique using light touch to help release the fascia tissue through the body. During a session I will connect with your natural craino rhythm a follow it through your body. This modality helps can be used for a number of different reasons. Some of those include, anxiety, stress, colic, release of joints, cronicpain, migraines and so much more. I am currently a Level 1 practitioner and am offering this as a free service for the time being for to me gain knowledge and hone in on this beautiful modality. Sessions are approximately 1 hour 15 min in length.
